Life

The short version: what I do, who I share the couch with, what I make, and where I'd like to go.

I live in New Jersey and work as a Data Technician at Making Opportunity Count, a nonprofit in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, building the Python and SQL pipelines that keep its programs reporting on what they do. On the side I run SignalFlow AI, a small consulting practice that helps nonprofits put AI and automation to practical use.

AI is the thread through most of it. At work that means automation a nonprofit can actually adopt and keep running without an IT team. At home it means Claude Code, a second brain in Obsidian, and a growing pile of small tools built for how I actually work. Most of the Projects room came out of that habit. I care about using it ethically, especially anywhere it touches the people a nonprofit serves.

Most days now start and end with Nylah, a chocolate Labrador Retriever who came home in March 2026. She is a small ball of energy and pure happiness, and I love her more than I expected to love anything with four legs.

I make electronic music as NOW. The first release, a four-track EP called Dissolve, came out in April 2026 and plays in the Music room. When I am not producing I am usually listening to it, with the odd night at a jazz bar mixed in.

The travel list, in no particular order: Egypt, Greece, London, and Cusco in Peru.

The rest of the time goes to skiing when there is snow, the gym, meditation, art galleries, and reading philosophy, mostly the Stoics and Carl Jung.
